About Us
Carmen is the chef, founder and owner of Nelly’s Peruvian Sweet. After working in the kitchens of fine dining restaurants, Carmen founded the Peruvian dessert program at Nashville, where she later created the concept for Nelly’s Peruvian Sweet, resulting our family culinary.
Crafted every day with passion in our sweets, we bring our tradition in the most demanding tastes for our customers.
